Reshaping the pathway to open employment.
I’m a person with disability with a goal of mainstream employment.
My business is interested in creating a more inclusive workplace, by outsourcing work to or employing people with disability.
Jigsaw is a social enterprise that trains and transitions people with disability into mainstream employment.
Vision in action.
Our revolutionary pathway to mainstream employment embeds a comprehensive, skill-based training program within a real workplace. We believe people prepare best for work, through work.
Jigsaw delivers on digitisation, information management, remote admin and insurance claims processing contracts for corporate and government clients.
Different from both a Disability Employment Service and an Australian Disability Enterprise, Jigsaw’s holistic approach starts with the basics of work-readiness training and continues through to supported transition to mainstream employment. It ensures our trainees gain transferable soft skills relevant to every workplace and award-wage professional experience along the way.
Jigsaw’s pathway to open employment changes the way people with disability prepare for work. Jigsaw allows people with disability to learn and practice work skills in a real workplace. After skills training, it offers an opportunity to progress to paid job experience with Jigsaw. Then, Jigsaw supports people to find and keep a mainstream job – all with one provider!

Our impact.
Jigsaw has a very simple vision for the future: an Australia in which people with disability are fully included in the workforce.
Since 2014, Jigsaw has supported over 1200 people with disability on their pathway to mainstream employment. Of those employed or transitioned into employment by Jigsaw, 91 per cent retain their position to this day, outperforming existing disability employment models.
