Through participation in real tasks across areas of digitisation, information management and data entry, our trainees develop practical, transferable work skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Unlike traditional Inclusive Employment Australia or Australian Disability Enterprises, Jigsaw provides a holistic, complete pathway, starting with the foundations of work-readiness and continuing through to support in finding and keeping a mainstream job.

Our impact.
At Jigsaw, we create real pathways into sustainable employment for people with disability.
Through our “prepare for work, through work” model, we’ve supported more than 1,800 people with disability on their employment journey, and our results speak for themselves.
A recent survey of our participants found that 80% expressed satisfaction with their experience at Jigsaw and more than 82% feel genuinely supported by our personalised learning approach.
Independent research from Flinders University also found over 63% of Jigsaw graduate placements into mainstream employment were sustained for at least 12 months – more than double the rate of Disability Employment Services (DES) providers.
And we believe in leading by example. Since 2014, Jigsaw has directly employed more than 210 people with disability at full award wages, contributing over $13 million in wages and super.
