Employment Support.
Need some help with work?
If you’re a member of the Jigsaw Alumni Community, you can request short-term, 1:1 employment support from Jigsaw.
Sometimes you might need a bit of extra support after leaving Jigsaw. You might be looking for another job, have an interview coming up, have an interview coming up, need to update your resume or want some help with a challenge in your current workplace.
Jigsaw Alumni Employment Support gives you the option to reconnect with Jigsaw for targeted employment support when you need it.
How we can help you.
Jigsaw Alumni can help you with short-term, employment-focused support, rather than an ongoing Jigsaw program.
Support is provided 1:1 by a Jigsaw trainer and can be delivered at a Jigsaw hub or online to support you with:
- updating your resume or cover letter
- preparing for an interview
- job searching support
- reviewing your employment goals
- job transition support
- support to stay in employment
- navigating challenges at work
How does it work?
1. Tell us what you need
Complete the Employment Support request form below and tell us what you’d like some help with.
2. We'll get in touch
Your local Jigsaw Hub Manager will review your request and contact you to talk about what support would be most useful.
3. We'll arrange your support
If Jigsaw can provide the support and funding is available, we’ll agree on a time for you to work 1:1 with a Jigsaw trainer, either online or at your local hub.
Support is generally provided in 2-hour blocks, so you can request help when you need it.
How is the support funded?
Complete the Employment Support request form below and tell us what you’d like some help with.
If you have an NDIS plan, you may be able to use funding already available in your plan to pay for the support. The type of funding that can be used will depend on your individual plan and the support you are requesting.
If you don’t have suitable NDIS funding, you can also choose to pay privately.
When you submit the form, we’ll ask you some questions about your funding. Your Jigsaw Hub Manager will discuss this with you before any support is booked.

Your Jigsaw Hub Manager will contact you to arrange a suitable time to discuss your request, confirm the support Jigsaw can provide, and check funding arrangements.
