14 March 2026

At Jigsaw Australia, our primary priority has always been the wellbeing, safety, and support of our participants and our dedicated staff. They are the heart of everything we do and the reason our organisation exists.

We are aware of the recent media report regarding Jigsaw’s training program. We want to reassure our community that we strongly refute these allegations and that they don’t reflect the supportive, accountable environment we strive to provide every day. While we are confident in the integrity of our programs and the professionalism of our team, we recognise that news of this nature can be unsettling for those who rely on us.

We take great pride in our unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance, and as an NDIS Registered Service Provider we remain fully dedicated to adhering to all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements. Our operations are governed by the highest industry standards, designed to protect the rights and safety of those we support, and we have always met these obligations with the utmost diligence.

We remain a learning organisation that greatly values the voice of our community. We are committed to continuous improvement and will always ensure that our approach is centred on delivering high-quality and best practice support for people with disability to achieve their employment goals.

Our focus right now is firmly on our people. We are listening to our staff and participants to ensure they feel heard, supported, and safe. We remain fully committed to upholding the high standards of care and trust that our community expects and deserves.

We are handling this matter with the care and sensitivity it warrants, and we thank our participants and staff for their ongoing support and dedication to our shared mission.
