Partner hubs. Empowered by Jigsaw.
Collaborate with Jigsaw to drive scalable, systemic change for people with disability.
A partnership model to create employment outcomes for people with disability in your community
Jigsaw is seeking partners to be at the forefront of this welcome change. With five successful hubs (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra), Jigsaw has a proven model. Through our partnership framework, we support mission-aligned employment providers to deliver this model and create employment outcomes for people with disability in their communities across Australia.
How does the partnership model work
Jigsaw receives payment for advisory and operational services. Jigsaw supports partners intensively for the first two years, to ensure full understanding and successful set-up of systems and frameworks.
Since 2014, Jigsaw has supported more than 1,800 people with disability on their pathway to employment through its “prepare for work, through work” model, and employed over 210 people with disability at full award wage. We have paid over $12m in wages and super to people with disability.
An independent evaluation by Flinders University found strong outcomes from Jigsaw’s model, with more than 70% of people employed by or preparing for work with Jigsaw reporting they are “satisfied with their work most or all of the time.”
The report also found that 63.3% of mainstream employment placements for Jigsaw graduates had been sustained for at least 12 months.

Macarthur Disability Services
“Our partnership with Jigsaw has been nothing short of transformative. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a profound commitment to ensuring our success in bringing Livelihood to the people of South West Sydney. From the outset, it was clear that our shared vision to assist people with a disability to gain real and lasting employment would provide a solid framework on which to plan and establish Livelihood.”
