Work trial pathway
Our optional work trial pathway provides employers with a practical way to explore a potential long-term hire.
Once you have a role in mind, you can subcontract to Jigsaw and be confident you are getting a trained, work-ready individual who’s already built real-world experience. This trial period allows your team and the candidate to connect, collaborate, and determine if the role is the right fit, without the pressure of an immediate commitment. When the time is right, Jigsaw will support a smooth transition to permanent employment, setting the foundation for long-term success.

Tailored onboarding & ongoing support
We take care of everything to ensure every placement is set up for long-term success — for both the candidate and your team. This includes interview support, tailored support plans, onsite onboarding, close collaboration with managers, and 12 months of ongoing guidance from a dedicated Transitions Coordinator. Our ‘train the trainer’ model also equips your team with the tools and confidence to effectively support employees with disability, contributing to our exceptional retention rates.
